About Us..
- NPTG
- New Players Theatre Guild's goal is to foster and promote an active interest in community theatre. It is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to encouraging people of all ages to participate in the joy of creating quality theater for the Montachusett area audiences. NPTG presents small to large-scale musical productions, themed dinner theater productions and musical reviews for the public. Additionally, NPTG's "Showstoppers" perform musical reviews for public and private functions. New Players Theatre Guild was founded in 1975 and varies in membership size, but has, at times grown to a membership of over 120 people. The group is managed by a Board of Directors, elected yearly by the membership, as well as several committees that carry out the various activities of the organization.
Membership Dues
Membership Dues are now collected for the calender year.
Dues are $10 for an individual or $20 for a family living in the same household.

The Showstoppers give you the feel of BIG entertainment at a very reasonable price. All proceeds go to our non-profit organization.

Showstoppers perform "themed" musical presentations, approximately 30 minutes in length, that have varied from "The 50's" to a "Country Jamboree."
The Showstoppers have performed at countless private functions, at Leominster’s Starburst and Johnny Appleseed Celebrations, mayoral inaugurations and on numerous occasions with the Ashby Band.

20TH CENTURY CELEBRATION - A decade by decade review of the best music of the last century
THE MUSIC OF COLE PORTER - A review celebrating the genius of Cole Porter
